Already distinctive from a distance the cone-shaped Danielsberg mountain stands proud at the entrance to the lower Möll valley. The mountain consists of especially hard rock so that the glaciers of the Ice Ages were not able to grind it down.
The oldest ritual site in Carinthia can be found on this mountain – the cup stone. Also worth a visit is St Daniel’s chapel, built on the ruins of a temple dedicated to the Roman demigod Hercules.
In the guided adventure tour you will hear exciting stories about St Daniel and much more.
